Perfect location walking distance to major sites bars restaurants Staff amazing and the service was like going back to when hotels treated us as valued guests Some if the major hotels could learn a lot from the staff at this hotel It has been years since we received this kind of service Murat was such a pleasure to deal with in the bar and his cocktails were spot on Room was beautiful and plenty if room The spa pool sauna etc were just beautiful We had a fantastic holiday and looking forward to returning Will definitely stay here again

The service was excellent & the position of the hotel was perfect. Close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia & Basilica Cistern. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful, food & view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul.

Location is perfect close to all main historical places like Haifa Sofia, Blue mosque, Topkapi museum, Grand Bazaar and Gulhane park. The breakfast was amazing ❤️❤️❤️ too variety meals and fresh fruits we really enjoyed our breakfast every day! The view was amazing from restaurant to Haifa Sofia and to Bosporus 😍 All the staff were helpful and friendly! Especially big thanks to Nora! She was so kind to us! Good luck Yasmak Sultan hotel!

We had a fantastic experience at the Yasmak Sultan and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay here again. The rooms are quite tight but no more so than any other city centre hotel I have stayed in and bigger than you would get on average in Paris by a long shot. There were two of us for 4 nights and we had been to Cappadocia before hand and more than enough room for our things. The room was very clean and well looked after, there was some minor wear and tear but nothing else. Housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and catered for all nationalities. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and had one of our best meals in Turkey there, the food was exceptional, the service was personal, friendly, funny and professional and the view of the Hagia Sophia in unparalleled. It also has a great view of the Bosporus and the city, it really is quite something to sit up there and see the sun go down. We also used the spa and had the Sultan Package (I think it was called) which was really lovely, we both enjoyed it and our time relaxing in the jacuzzi and our swim. I would recommend treating yourself. The hotel also organised taxi's for us to other locations in Istanbul and the airport which were professional and reasonably priced, front desk were really friendly and helpful. Staff in the restaurant were also delightful, organising a table for me for dinner with a lovely view of the Hagia Sophia which such grace and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Location is everything and this is adjacent to Gulane Park, beautiful, 2 minutes from the Cisterns, a must see, 5/10 mins from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. In fact most things on the Golden Horn were very accessible. Shops on your doorstep and yet it was very quiet to sleep at night. We really thought it was a fabulous hotel and don't have a single negative to say about our stay here, thank-you to all the staff who made it such a great stay.

We had a lovely time at Yasmak Sultan hotel near Blue Mosque , Topkapi museum and Basilica cistern and Hagia Sofia mosque. Musa the Chef was extremely accommodating and a wonderful cook . We enjoyed the lavish breakfast and the amazing customer service . Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back !!
